- Butchers supplying meat, the steaks are superb and the quality and service is first class
- On the Estate we are part of, Ballimore Oysters supply a fresh batch of oysters every day, with any left over going back to the sea.
- When available, the organic free range pork is supplied to us, outstanding quality and nothing like the pork you see in the supermarket!
- Located just down the road from us, the farm produce Halibut, hatched at Otter Ferry and grown on the Isle of Gigha. Superb fish giving us great halibut specials.
- Shell fish and yes they arrive walking! Prentice make sure we get our shell fish when we want it, with a little help from Calmac the langoustine's, scallops and lobsters make the short ferry journey to Portavadie where we pick them up.
- We call these guys up to midnight on a Sunday and Wednesday for early delivery the next day, they supply the fish we can't get locally and cheese, bread and pasta and all the other bits and pieces you need in a good kitchen.
- Bryan and Kirsty source our vegetables from Glasgow fruit market and deliver them twice a week. Along with milk and cream supplies they stock the most amazing variety of groceries and have bailed us out on quite a few occasions.
- Scallops make their way into the kitchen with the help of a few divers who find the scallops right outside the pub. We even find them on the beach on extreme low tides. They bite you know!
- locally brewed Fyne Ales are outstanding, Jonny and Tuggy Delap run the Brewery and have given us such a lot of support as we have got the Catcher together. We generally stock Highlander, outstanding beer.
- We think our wine is good, we drink plenty of it! 4 house wines by the glass and many other very reasonably priced wines. Robertson's keep us stocked with fast courier service ensuring we never run out.
